Hello everyone,

We apologize for the missing prizes for the events :

- Halloween Treasure Capsules x2
- Remembrance Day Hero Scroll x1
- Facebook 10,000 Fan Permanent Gear Chest x1

Reports have been made. Some players have received and some did not.

We have had technical difficulties, and will be issue the prize(s) to the players that did not receive the prize(s) listed above.
