Event Item Transfer Question

Hey guys,

we(The GM's) have been getting allot of PM's about changing the item(s) you have won from an event. Just to let you know we will not be answering these PM's or changing the items you have received from the event. If you want the item(s) on another character please complete the event with that character(s). If the situation is dire enough please make the request to transfer the items to the Help Desk and an exception may be given.

How would you define "dire", and why type of situation would an exception be given?

If you got the item that should be the end of it. Too bad If you want to change it. Can't believe OGP is being nice now.
