It's a FPS Game ( First Person Shooter, Like Call of Duty ). Rumble Fighter is fighting so I don't think you can really compare them. Rumble Fighter is one of the best fighting game and Combat Arms is one of the best FPS out there ( Probably is the best out right now, that's free )

I like Rumble Fighter better, just because it's not a FPS. I hate FPS.
I would say Rumble Fighter is better.
