If you didn't receive a prize, read this!

The prizes for completing Whacko Jacko boss mode 40 times ( Dark Jester set ) and the fangs from the facebook event have both been sent out.

If you have not received them yet, please send a help desk ticket explaining your situation.
We cannot help someone unless they contact the help desk.
- If you PM a support about your missing item, then you still will not receive the prize.



So in order:
1. Goto the Help Desk
2. Send a ticket saying what item you did not receive. Don't forget to say your IGN!
3. Hug NyaaSquidward *cough*
4. Wait for your ticket to be answered.

Many people have reported missing items, meaning there is a large stack of tickets for the supports to go through. That means your ticket will not get answered immediately, but the supports are working as fast as possible to get items to winners.
